Marc Narotsky, Esq. is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil and Family Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. He has mediated thousands of cases in fields such as real estate, business and insurance.  He is one of the most experienced foreclosure mediators in Florida. Marc serves as an approved mediator for the Florida Department of Financial Services, an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and previously served as an EEOC Investigator for the United States Postal Service. 

Marc is a member of the Florida Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, a licensed Florida and Connecticut Real Estate Professional and served two terms on the Aventura City Commission. He has lectured on Alternative Dispute Resolution at both the undergraduate and graduate level. 

Marc received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A Magna Cum Laude from Brandeis University.
