Billing applied in half hour increments after minimum hours reached (where applicable).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Mediator must be notified more than three (3) business days of scheduled mediation date, in writing, of the parties' desire to reschedule. All parties must agree to reschedule and/or cancel. If Mediator is notified to reschedule less than three (3) business days of scheduled mediation date, then a rescheduling fee will be charged in the amount of $200.00 to the requesting party. If Mediator is notified to cancel less than three (3) business days of scheduled mediation date, the fee for the originally scheduled mediation will be due from both parties. Note: it is your responsibility to notify us of a schedule change or cancellation; you should not rely on another party to do so. Please keep in mind the cancellation policy is meant to fairly compensate the Mediator for reserving the time scheduled for this mediation, which cannot be filled in less than 72 hours.

FAILURE TO APPEAR

In the event a party fails to pay full amounts owed to mediator and/or fails to appear, mediator reserves right to cancel mediation and/or request full payment from scheduling party.
